Good Things Happen At The Carlyle
In preparation for my wedding, and honoring the tradition of not seeing my future husband the evening before or the morning of, I spent the it with my family at New York’s iconic The Carlyle on the Upper East Side. In the picture below I am on my way to the church wearing my APC leopard fur coat draped over my Oscar de la Renta dress, proving you can always add a little fun (and chic de la chic) to an outfit.
My sister and nephews were in from London and spent the day with me as I prepared for the day (and provided some last minute pep talks!)
My beautiful flower girls, Gabrielle Govan and Caroline Ross, donned Oscar de la Renta kids dresses (available at Neiman’s and Saks) for the ceremony at St. Bartholomew’s. The brilliant and amazing Antony Todd created the flowers for my wedding, including the gorgeous hair wreaths for the girls (Yoko from his team made them!)
